With a small staff, The Kawartha Chamber relies on the expertise and dedication of volunteers that make up various Committees and the Board of Directors.

A Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors goes out in December seeking members to let their name stand for election. Positions are for a two-year term and are confirmed annually by the membership present at the Annual General Meeting.
