Our Business Owners Sharing Solutions: Team Building session took place this week at Camp Kawartha on Tuesday night, and we learned all about the benefits of team building. We took part in a variety of fun, engaging team building activities led by the experts at Camp Kawartha. Big thank you to Camp Kawartha staff Jacob Rodenburg, Shawna Foxton and Karen Copson for hosting us!

Our B.O.S.S Team Building Session
It has been a rainy October in Peterborough and the Kawarthas so far, and the evening of our B.O.S.S session was no exception. Camp Kawartha had us set up in their Rotary Building (complete with a fireplace!). It was the perfect set up for a rainy evening of team building activities.
Jacob, Executive Director at Camp Kawartha, took us through a variety of team building exercises. Overall, we took part in 6 team building activities, all of which exercised our ability to strategize, compromise and work more efficiently together. Each exercise helped us enhance our problem solving skills as well as our ability to empathize and communicate with one another.
