Anyone can use Canva! There’s no special experience required, and its free version is sufficient for small businesses. Canva has paid versions in its Pro and Enterprise options, including additional tools such as brand kits and social media post scheduling.
What Does Canva Offer?
Canva has many design templates! Common uses are for designing Facebook and Instagram posts, posters, videos, and brochures. Alternatively, users can create designs with custom dimensions.
Why Should Companies Use Canva?
Companies can easily create economical professional designs using Canva. The tool has a plethora of free designs, templates, and media all of which can be tailored to match a company’s branding. Because it’s collaborative, work teams can share and comment on designs within the platform, saving time on approvals and editing.
What Formats Will It Save In?
Canva can save your design in formats such as PNG, JPG, MP4 Video, GIF, and PDF.
I’m Not Good at Design. Should I Still Use This?
Canva has gridlines that help with placement and alignment of graphics and animated clips making it easy to make attractive professional designs. There is a graphic library, or users can upload their own images such as logos and product photos.

Testing Their Knowledge!

The workshop was an excellent opportunity to introduce the tool to small business owners and refresh those already familiar with it! We look forward to seeing our members’ designs using the new tips and tricks they learned during the session.
